An experienced chef who traveled to Italy to learn the true art of baking Neapolitan-style pizza, right in the heart of Naples. Surrounded by rich culinary traditions and passionate local pizzaiolos, I discovered what makes Italian pizza truly special, fresh, simple ingredients and time-honored techniques.

Inspired by that experience, I founded La Sella Food Truck Catering in Vancouver BC to bring the authentic taste of Naples to your most important celebrations.

Whether it's a wedding, Birthday party, or any type of private events, we serve handcrafted pizzas that deliver tradition, flavor, and a memorable experience across all Vancouver and its around cities.
